The Complete Guide to Crafting Flower Wagons for Aerith in Crisis Core Reunion
As an avid Crisis Core fan who has built flower wagons for everyone‘s favorite flower girl multiple times, I‘m here to provide expert tips to master this iconic side quest chain. Constructing all three wagons for Aerith takes some work, but it‘s worth it for the rewards…not to mention seeing her beautiful smile!
Building Flower Wagon #1
The first wagon uses common materials that can be found around the Sector 5 Slums if you know where to look.

Items Needed:
- Tools
- Wood
- Wheels
- Instructions
Where to Find the Materials:
The Tools are a random drop from defeating the malfunctioning bots around Stargazer Heights. I‘ve found the best farm spot is the screens east of the Leaf House orphanage.
To get the Wood, head to the Shop near the park in the Slums and change the name to whatever the owner suggests. I recommend “Heaven‘s General Store" for a funny nod to Crisis Core.
For the Wheels, talk to the man standing near the truck on Loveless Avenue, north of the park. Engage him in conversation about his vehicle to receive this item.
Finally, the Instructions are located on the ground outside the Sector 5 Church, left there by the stray dog Bruno according to the description.
Once you‘ve gathered all four ingredients, head inside the church and hand them over to Aerith to complete Flower Wagon #1! She won‘t be entirely happy with it though…
Constructing the Second "Cute" Flower Wagon
Unfortunately, Aerith isn‘t satisfied with the initial wagon Zack builds her, leading him to construct another. The ingredients for this second, cuter wagon all come from completing key missions around Midgar.
Required Items:
- Walnut Wood
- Premium Tires
- Mythril Tools
- Craftsman Monthly
Where to Get the Materials:
The Walnut Wood comes from finishing the "Wutai Spies" assignment, which has you tracking down five spies disguised throughout the Sector 5 Slums and Loveless Avenue by interrogating various NPCs to reveal their true identities. Refer to a guide if you get stuck!
For the Premium Tires, help the 3rd Class SOLDIER struggling with equipment setup in the briefing room at Shinra HQ as part of mission M7-1-6. I recommend equipping an accessory to boost your Luck stat before accepting to get this rare drop.
Complete mission M2-1 in the Shinra Museum exhibition room on the 49th floor to be rewarded with the Mythril Tools. The dark environment can make navigation tricky, so use Libra to detect obstacles.
Lastly, the Craftsman Monthly is earned by finishing Loveless Avenue mission M1-2, involving helping relocate some kittens. This assignment unlocks after speaking to the Captain lounging on a set of stairs.

With all the pieces collected, head back to Aerith and have her construct Flower Wagon #2! While an improvement, Zack‘s work still isn‘t quite done…
Putting Together the Third "Cool" Wagon
Even after all that effort, the second flower wagon doesn‘t fully meet Aerith‘s expectations. To earn her stamp of approval, Zack must build the coolest wagon possible by winning Shinra squat challenges.
Items Required:
- Shinra Soldier
- Shinra Ceramic
- Shinra Treads
- Shinra Lunch Cart Specs
Where to Find the Materials:
The Shinra Soldier is earned by taking on a 2nd Class member‘s squat challenge inside Shinra HQ. You‘ll need to perform over 50 reps before the timer expires for this rare crafting component – equip stat-boosting accessories and use Libra to give yourself an edge!
Next, defeat the Shinra Infantryman in a squat contest to unlock a showdown against the fearsome Shinra Captain. Triumph in this fight by exceeding 30 squats within the time limit to claim the Shinra Ceramic item. Use Zack‘s brief rest periods between reps wisely.
For the Shinra Treads, challenge any unoccupied 3rd Class SOLDIER to a squat competition and surpass 40 reps before time runs out. I recommend targeting young, overconfident 3rds for the best shot.
Finally, win another Infantryman squat challenge for the Shinra Lunch Cart Specs. These standard troops shouldn‘t pose much of a threat to Zack‘s athletic prowess.

Constructing all three wagons also nets you the "Midgar Full of Flowers" achievement as a bonus!
With the ultimate ingredients gathered, return once more to Aerith to have her build Flower Wagon #3. This “cool” ride finally meets her approval, earning Zack a sweet smile of gratitude.
I hope this comprehensive guide covered everything you need to know about crafting flower wagons for everyone‘s favorite flower girl in Crisis Core Reunion! Let me know in the comments if you still have any other questions – I‘m always happy to help fellow fans master the original Zack and Aerith questline.
