1. From lobby, turn left down the hallway
2. Enter the first door on the right into a residential bedroom
3. Exit bedroom into the adjoining office room
4. Kill the lone standard zombie guarding the desk
5. Check both on and beneath the desk for keycard
6. Grab keycard once you see the prompt
7. Return to lobby immediately

With only one zombie, you can sprint straight for the desk.
